Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All jewelry and apparel at Sapphire's Jewlz are handcrafted or made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages Sapphire's Jewlz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
