Política de reembolso

1. Return Window Our policy lasts 5 business days from the delivery confirmation date (for shipped items) or the pickup date. If 5 business days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer store credit or an exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale) The following items and services are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Academy Services: All digital memberships, virtual class drop-ins, and in-person class passes.

  • Earrings: For sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale.

  • Custom/Personalized Pieces: Any jewelry or apparel made to specific custom measurements or requests.

  • Gift Cards.

3. Refunds vs. Store Credit We do not issue cash refunds for products due to a change of mind or fit issues.

  • Store Credit: Products deemed unsatisfactory by the customer are eligible for Store Credit (Gift Card) only.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (in rare cases), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Pickup Adjustment: If a customer pays for shipping but chooses to pick up the item locally, a partial refund will be issued for the shipping cost only.

4. Eligibility for Return (Store Credit) To be eligible for a return (Store Credit):

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Store Credit may be used on regular-priced items only (cannot be combined with other sales or discounts).

5. Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please email us at info@sapphiresjewlz.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Gift Card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the gift card code will be emailed to you.
